Basic Level Maintenance
Maintenance (up to 15 mins). This covers unblocking any drains or toilet and the basic level support, for example wall mounting cordless vacuum cleaner or help with assembling any small furniture. If the work conducted in the apartment takes over 15 minutes then we reserve the right to charge for advanced level maintenance

Advanced Level Maintenance
(15 mins to 1 hr). This covers severe unblocking of the toilet or drains (For example when the team needs to use a wet vac or a coil) And any advance level support for example assembling more complex furniture that requires more time and the use of specific tools.
