Cleaning Specification

✔︎ All Rooms: 

  • Wipe/dust/polish all furniture, fixtures & fittings, skirting boards, light fixtures, ledges, décor, doors
  • Vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs & stairs 
  • Tidy up clutter
  • Clean glass surfaces, interior windows & sills
  • Empty waste bins
  • Bed linen changed where spare set is left


✔︎ Kitchen: 

  • Clean all appliances fronts, worktops, taps & sink 
  • Clean cupboard fronts 
  • Clean table & chairs
  • Clean microwave
  • Place items into dishwasher, clean & disinfect dishwasher
  • Clean washing machine, inside drawer and drum 
  • Clean inside oven & hob
  • Clean inside fridge if easily accessible 
  • Clean external balcony glass & windows if accessible


✔︎ Bathrooms: 

  • Clean showers, baths, sinks and taps inside & out 
  • Scrub & disinfect toilet
  • Clean, dry & shine all mirrors, chrome & tiles
  • Wipe cabinet fronts, clean all fixtures 

Notes

While our colleagues are flexible and will work around your requirements, please ensure our colleagues have access to the areas that require cleaning.

Please remove all items from kitchen cupboards, fridge freezers and bathrooms prior to our arrival (if you have added an appliance clean).
